    My Journey

    Having to work through my own health challenges has led me to continue my work to study functional health & blood chemistry, and nutritional medicine so that I could uncover the root cause of my own health dysfunctions and help others do the same.  I spent time researching science and evidence-based protocols, diving into various nutrition plans along with herbal, mineral and vitamin supplementation to uncover what worked for me. There is no one plan fits all approach. I have been naturally maintaining many of my own conditions successfully for some time now; it has shown me what a huge positive impact it can have on your body if you just dedicate the time and willingness to do it. After all, our body was designed to heal itself. You can never be well if you do not get to the root cause and focus on prevention.

    It's really more than just eating the right food or taking the right supplements — there is the emotional and physical aspect that goes along with it.

    I know first-hand how it feels to spend each day feeling unwell, and not being able to really enjoy life the way I wanted to.  If you are ready to feel your best, and recover from whatever dysfunction that has been holding you back, I am eager to work with you on reaching the state of wellness you deserve. Fighting this battle on your own can be very difficult, let’s do this together. Focusing on prevention is key.
